While it's challenging to give an exact quote without fully understanding your requirements, I can provide a general guideline. The average wedding booking in Australia typically ranges from $8,500 AUD - $12,000 AUD, including GST.

However, the final price can vary based on several key factors that influence the scope of the services you'll require.

    I will be your dedicated photographer on the special day, ensuring that every moment is beautifully captured. I have set a very high standard for myself when it comes to how I document your day. As I shoot, I am already envisioning how I will edit the images to reflect the day as it unfolds. This is a skill and approach I have meticulously trained myself to execute at every wedding, allowing for a cohesive and polished final product.

    This premium planning layer is built into Bianca’s services to ensure everything runs with precision—before, during, and behind the camera.

    In the lead-up to your wedding, we step in with expert consultation to review timelines, logistics, and location details—ensuring the photography plan is tailored to the day, not the other way around. We analyse light, flow, and key moments so everything feels considered and seamless.

    On the day, we manage the movement and transitions behind the scenes, allowing Bianca to stay focused creatively while you stay present. It’s a refined layer of support that transforms photography into a fully curated experience—designed for clients who value clarity, control, and elevated execution.

  • This is something that is included in the editing process. This can be something as small as something in the back i.e sign or person in a key image. Editing is definitely my passion and it’s something I meticulously execute in all galleries.

    If you are after more then base retouching this is at an additional cost as the time involved is alot more.

    Having an experienced assistant photographer on the day of your wedding is a crucial part of ensuring that every moment captured. It is an approach I genuinely love, as it allows me to complete the gallery of your special day with no significant moment missed. My assistants have been trained alongside me to ensure that photography is a collaborative process on the day, creating a seamless blend of artistry and teamwork that reflects the joy of your celebration.

    All travel expenses will be carefully calculated and quoted based on the specific wedding date and location.

  • All final galleries that I deliver to couples consist of approximately 90% colour photographs and around 5% to 10% stunning black and white images. However, it is important to note that every wedding is unique and may vary slightly, as I do not adhere to any strict editing guidelines between the two styles. All editing of the images is carried out in-house within my studio, and I take great care to ensure that none of the editing work is ever outsourced to third parties. Over the years, I have developed a very signature style of editing that emphasizes true-to-life colour, and this is something I take great pride in showcasing in every wedding gallery

    Film coverage on the wedding day offers an additional, delightful touch to your gallery. It provides a nostalgic look at the images captured throughout the various moments of the day. While this method is not the primary way we choose to photograph your celebration, it serves as an extra layer that beautifully showcases some fun and candid moments. These images may not always be technically perfect, but they encapsulate genuine emotions and meaningful memories.
